In this week’s message, we continued our EPIC series by focusing on the C — Create Margin.

In a world that constantly tells us to stay busy, Jesus calls us to live differently. Creating margin means intentionally making room in our lives for God and for people. It means slowing down enough to be present, creating safe spaces where others feel seen, heard, loved, and welcomed, and leaving room for God to work through us.

In John 10:7–10, Jesus reminds us that He came so that we may have life and have it abundantly. An abundant life in Christ isn’t about filling our schedules or accumulating more—it’s about living fully in relationship with Jesus and allowing that relationship to overflow into the way we love and serve others.

At the heart of it all are two simple commands: Love God and love others. When we create margin, we make room to do both well.

Create the time. Create the space. Be present. Love God. Love people. Live abundantly in Christ.
