We are a community of worshippers who are committed to lifting high the name of Jesus above all else. We seek to shepherd people in the worship of God through authentic and creative expression.

What We Value...
HEART BEFORE ART
We value… being fervent worshipers of Jesus first and foremost. We are created by god and for god. Our worship leadership is healthiest & most confident when when we are experiencing god’s presence and expressing our love to him daily. (Deut 6:4-6, Eph 2:10, Psalm 147:1)
SHEPHERDING
We value… Shepherding others in the worship of God by pointing others to Jesus in worship and teaching the flock a biblical example and instruction of what worship is and is not. A shepherd feeds, serves, loves, and leads the sheep. He or she should prioritize daily placing him or herself in a position to be led by the good shepherd. (1 Peter 5:2, John 21:15-17)
FAITHFULNESS
We value… faithfulness to God as well as being faithful to our word. May our “yes mean yes and our no mean no”. We seek to Faithfully apply the scriptures to our lives. We strive to be trustworthy and dependable brothers and sisters fully dependent upon a complete trustworthy and dependable God. (2 Thess 3:3, Lament 3:22–23, 2 Timothy 2:11–13)
HUMILITY
We value… humility and We seek to put others needs before our own and submit to one another with a teachable spirit. We choose to look not only at our own interests but also to the interest of others. (1 Peter 5:4-7, Phil 2:3-4)
EXCELLENCE
We value… WE serve an excellent god who deserves our excellence in both our “heart and art”. We seek to steward the gifts god has given us by growing in our craft and using them for his glory. We also seek to live a life of holiness unto the lord. (Col 3:23-24)
ONE ANOTHER
We value… one another and strive to outdo one another in showing honor. As brothers and sisters in christ We Seek to crush any sprit of competition and comparison. We encourage one another in our failures and celebrate one another victories. (John 13:35, John 15:17, Romans 12:10)
CREATIVITY
We value… creativity and use it to communicate the story of the gospel through song, art, and music. We are created in the image of god our “creator” and reflect his nature through art that is true, honest, and beautiful. (Gen 1:27, Prov 22:29)
AUTHENTICITY
We value… "We value authenticity in our relationship with God and one another, on and off stage. As children of God, we are most authentic and effective as worship leaders when we are being continually led by and filled with the Spirit of God” (Psalm 51:17, Romans 12:10,)
FREEDOM
WE value… Freedom in christ! Freedom from strongholds, addictions, and the lies of the enemy that would seek to make us slaves to sin and shame. Our pursuit is to know the truth of who God is through his Word and worship as well as the truth of who we are in Christ. This is a pathway to freedom - an epic life in Christ! (Gal 5:1, John 8:31-32, 2 Cor 3:17-18)

Worship Residency Program.
The Worship Residency Program is a 2 year program where you will spend time growing in your "heart" and "art" as a worship leader. During your residency you will be equipped in the 8 competencies of a worship leader (Heart Before Art, Shepherding, Faithfulness, Humility, One Another, Excellence, Authenticity, Creativity) that will help you in your theological understanding of worship and your craft as a vocalist, musician, songwriter, and band leader.
You will have weekly standing meetings with our Lead Worship Pastor to go through study material as well as weekly assignments to complete on your own. You will receive hands on experience leading worship and constructive feedback to help you grow in your worship leadership.
