Expectant: Mary

It's often difficult to give our best to the Lord. Whether it's scarcity mentality, selfishness or something else, we tend to want to keep what's ours to ourselves. What if it's not ours after all though? Didn't the Lord give it to us in the first place? In this week's passage, we see Mary understanding this and giving her best to Jesus. While everyone else questioned what she was doing, Mary never doubted. May the same be said for us as we debate what to give to the Lord!
