Mark 4:1-20

Different soil brings a different reaction to planted seeds. If you've ever talked to those in agriculture, been around it in any capacity or even watched any TV show/movie that references it, you'll know this. In this passage, we see Jesus use examples for their agrarian culture of the time, but it relates so well to us today. As you read this passage and listen to the sermon, ask yourself...which soil are you? How can you allow scripture to be deeply rooted within you?
